The perfect stay! The place is wonderful and looks as a typical Japanese house. The owners are incredibly kind, they welcomed me in the best way ever, explaining me everything about the stay and giving me tips about the city of Kyoto. They can speak many languages as Japanese, English, Italian, Spanish and probably more so the communication wouldn’t be a problem for you. The hotel is located in a very quite are of the city just outside the city-center so perfect to sleep in a white place but also well connected with the touristic areas with buses. The common area is just amazing, about cleaning is perfect and the structure is very technological! If I’ll be back to Kyoto, sure I’ll stay here again, I recommend 100%. English communication is good. The room is big and beautiful. There is a washing machine. Very nice personal, the owner is so kind asking whether we will need a ride to the Kyoto train station. The tatami + floor heating + Japanese floor mat is so comfortable even in winter! I really enjoy the shared bathing. (You still bath privately, no worry.)

This house was extremely clean, comfortable, and in a quiet and safe area close to the train station. It is only a 2 min walk to a grocery store and 3 min walk to Family Mart. Hori, the owner, was the best! She provided everything that we needed and was very responsive prior and during our stay. The house has 4 toilets, 2 showers, and a washing machine with drying function. The house is very well taken care of. Everythjng is new and worked perfectly. Thank you, Hori!!!

Interior design and facilities, we stayed in 1st floor. Very accessible. Quiet neighbourhood. It's also quite adjustment at first to throw trash in the bin, because they were 2 different basket for burnable and plastic. But knowing your doing for the 🌎 it's more easier to throw
