Set in Oban, 26 km from Dunstaffnage Castle, The Kilchrenan Inn offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar. We arrived late and had dinner in the pub/restaurant. The quality was way in excess of our expectations. I had a Beetroot cured smoked gravadlax with horseradish cream, cress & toasted sourdough followed by Beer battered haddock & hand cut chips with peas & tartare. The starter was one of the best I have ever had and the main course was the perfect meal for a first day in Scotland. Compliments to the chef!! Our room was spacious with every comfort. A huge comfortable bed with a nice view out the front of the building, and nice bathroom with all necessary accessories.

Located just 5 miles from Oban, right on the lake shores and on Loch Etive, Lochnell Arms Hotel features a restaurant overlooking the famous Falls of Lora. Clean, very comfortable room and bed. Excellent shower. Very obliging and friendly staff. Bar and restaurant very good with honest home cooked food. Beautiful view from the room.

The main hotel building is now under new ownership (previous owner holding onto Beach House rooms) Changes required to property description as follows: On the banks of Loch Lomond, this Traditional... Everything. Room was incredible, view was incredible. Clean room, clean hotel. Lovely staff!

Situated in Dunoon, 13 km from Benmore Botanic Garden, The Coylet Inn by Loch Eck features accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. Everything was a 10/10. Definitely worth a stay!

Situated in Campbeltown, 700 metres from Springbank Whisky Distillery, Ardshiel Hotel features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar. Everything, staff top notch and tenured. Whisky Bar one of the best in Scotland. Dinner, all items served were perfection, even down to the veg & Potato 🥔.

Ben Cruachan Inn is located in Loch Awe and features a garden and terrace. The property has a bar, as well as a restaurant serving local cuisine. Each room has a flat-screen TV with satellite... The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The rooms were beautiful and clean, and the view off the deck extending from the self-contained apartments was amazing.

"The Anchor Inn was a traditional Drovers Inn dating back to 1888. Over recent years, it has undergone tasteful modernisation and now boasts a nautical-themed bar and restaurant area with hearty food... Great host!!!! He was very helpful and the view is very beautiful and I would highly recommend this hotel. P s:- Don't forget to checkout the bar and the drinks are very reasonable, 😀

Situated on the shores of the Kyles of Bute, Kames Hotel boasts original Edwardian features, home-cooked food and an extensive range of malt whiskies and local ales. An absolutely amazing place! A little hidden gem right on the coastline, absolutely loved our few days there!

A traditional, family-run inn built in the 19th-century, located a short walk from the shores of Loch Melfort, The Cuilfail has a bar, a restaurant, free parking and free Wi-Fi. Enjoyed the breakfast and evening meal was superb. Small cosy bar with good selection of beer and whisky. Nice quiet location but not far from Oban. scenery was exceptional in this area. Would highly recommend this hotel.
