The apartment was very clean, spacios and close to the city. The staff and host were already helpful, they arrange us a very nice trip out of Cusco, and help always by some recommendation of restaurant etc. It is a secure place and very quiet. Only - first day doesn't work the water in whole house, but the staff was absolutely great - they bring us water in the big bottles and try to solve this problem. The problem was the provider of water. Next day the water works. Thank you so much for such a quick solving of problem.

The owners were super friendly. I loved the accommodation. it’s very authentic and cosy. The room & bathroom is super clean. We stayed here for 3 nights and everyday our bed was made & the bins were cleaned. it was like a hotel service. The breakfast included is tasty bread, jam, butter, fresh eggs, coffee & tea. They serve it in their kitchen; also a lovely old room. I loved the atmosphere and kindness of the owners. It feels like a home. There is no heater but there were so many warm blankets that it made impossible to be cold! :) very comfy. best price/quality in Cusco!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. We were able to book all tours through them, they worked great. The breakfast was very generous with fresh fruit, yoghurt, bread, jam, avocado and even a fresh homemade egg. In addition, a hot bottle is brought to the room every evening and there is always hot water with tea bags available in the corridor for all guests. A very good service!
