We liked every single thing about the property! The rooms are spacious with a sofa, kettle and two desks, the bathroom was bare but spacious. The breakfast was lovely, the staff super friendly, funny and chatty. There are also two water bikes available to use on the river and there’s even a spot outside (that isn’t part of the hotel) with picnic tables. The decor is lovely and the beds are super comfortable.

    Excellent cuisine, not large menu, but it contains well prepared and thought through items. Typical Danish "kro" ie. country inn in historic surroundings.

    Staff was friendly and very helpful. We arrived much later because of traffic but even so they prepared a special (and vegetarian!) dinner for us that was really good. Room was clean, beds were good and breakfast was complete with local selections as well as continental options. Overall great service, nice location and quiet surroundings. Highly recommended!
