The room was cozy. The bed was very comfortable. We liked the view of St. Paul Street. It had a nice European ambience. Climate control worked nicely. Vincent called a week earlier for any questions or special requests. We then met him at Check-in which was comforting. Magalie and Marie at the front desk were extremely helpful and always willing to answer our questions. They gave great suggestions. See Loik (with Umlaut over the letter “I”. Pronounced Lou eek) at the pub. He’ll set you up with great drinks and conversation.

It's a 3 stars hotel but it defintely seems like a 4 stars, everything was just amazing! The staff was very nice with us and our baby and satisifed all our requests (extra bed, high chair..), the room was very nice and comfortable and we loved breakfast and dinner! Bes stay in our road trip in Canada :)

The AC kept the room cool and was quiet. The window opened when we preferred fresh air. This is a GREAT location for the F1 to take the ferry from the old port across, and avoid the much busier metro. The hotel pub (Taverne Gaspar) was also a great group dinner as well.
