We liked the ambience... relaxed olden times style. The old photos and history of the inn. We enjoyed the front patio and the delicious meal/drinks. The shared bathrooms were quaint, but we never had to wait for the loo or the shower. Definite "thumbs up" and would stay here again.

The Garden felt like a green haven. And our biggest highlight was of course Steve, the cuddly wisteria cat!

So many cozy nooks to sit in to read a book or have a glass of wine. We enjoyed the location outside of town as it was so quiet and private. The hosts were attentive, friendly and saw to your every need. Our room was beautiful and spotless. Took advantage of the wonderful soaker tub. Breakfast was excellent and loved all the homemade touches and use of fruit/berries on the property.

The room was comfortable and clean, the bed was cozy, and water provided in the room is a nice touch. We also loved the friendly guest house cat Steve and the freshly baked cookies each day. Coffee and tea provided was also appreciated.

In June, it was surrounded by gorgeous flowers that make a cameo appearance in the restaurant. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and graciously tended our luggage for several hours after we'd checked out.HilaryYoung couple
