everything was great! rooms are spacious, there are many saunas and the staff is very nice. We got sick and couldn’t come on the date we had reservation on and they gave us new (upgraded) room free of additional charge on later day.

Hosts are extremely nice and pleasant. I have celiac disease and they were adaptable by serving me gluten free bread at breakfast and also gluten free dinner. Dinner was exceptional. Spa area is beautiful and peaceful with refreshing drinks. Location is perfect, it's a walking distance from Kaiserburgbahn. The property also have storage for ski equipment. The only thing we were sad about was not seeing the owner (the dog :) ).

The kitchen was well equipped. It is perfect that there are two bathrooms with even one toilet separate, it makes it much easier for everyone to get ready in the morning. Ski room is really useful for storage. Besides, there are nice two saunas (finnish and steam) and small fitness in the ground floor, we enjoyed it!MonikaFamily with young children
