Guests are required to reserve a time slot at the front desk at check-in.

Access to the pool is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The following slots are available : Part 1 07:30~11:00/ Part 2 11:30~13:00/ Part 3 13:30~15:00/ Part 4 15:30~17:00/ Part 5 18:00~19:30/ Part 6 20:00~21:30

The property's pool is closed every third Tuesday of the month. (May 21, June 11, and July 16, 2024)

The first and second sessions (07:30~13:00) will be closed on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

It is operated normally on public holidays and the days following public holidays. [5/7 (Tue), 5/15 (Wed), 5/16 (Thu) Normal operation]

Closed date may be subject to change without prior notice, depending on the circumstances.

All guests must present a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and additional charges may apply.

Guests under the age of 18 can stay only if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

A damage deposit of 50,000 KRW is required upon arrival at the property. This must be paid in cash. You can receive a refund upon check-out. If there are no problems after the hotel inspects the room, the entire damage deposit will be refunded.

Toothbrushes, toothpaste, and razor are not provided as part of the environmental conservation and government policy to reduce disposable items. (Effective as of March 25, 2024)
