Refurbished 2Bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor of an apartment building in Ambelokipi with spacious sitting dinning area and fully equipped kitchen. Features: Two separate bedrooms (1 with Double bed & 1 with two Single beds) One full bathroom with bathtub and a WC. Air-condition covers the areas of sitting dinning and kitchen areas. Bedrooms have ceiling fans with remote control. Large closets in both bedrooms. Private parking underneath the building with gate that locks (car length up to 4,20m) Elevator
Ampelokipi is an urban district in Athens right outside of the city center ring that prohibits cars to enter without permission which is very convenient for those who have their own car. They can always use the metro to go the center, like Syntagma Sq. Acropolis and a lot of others popular destination in Athens. There are two major metro stations nearby, Panormou Station (450 m approx away) and Ampelokipi Station at the opposite direction (450 m away approx). The nearest pharmacy is just around the corner (30m away) Dentist at 50 m away Nearest big supermarket (Masoutis) at 150 m Major hospitals of Athens within 3km radius Several traditional taverns within walking distance (500 m radius) Along Kifissias avenue which is at 400 m away, a lot of shops to buy goods or souvenirs can be found. Ampelokipi is a very dense district because it very close to the center and yet keeps the "neighborhood" character. Generally speaking however parking can be a pain on the neck !! We have solved this issue as we provide private parking space underneath the building, so getting around with the car is not a problem.
