AGE POLICIES

Guests must be 18 years or older to stay in a shared dormitory. Guests under 18 years of age

must be accompanied by a family member or a legal guardian (18 years or older) in a private

room.

OTHER GENERAL CONDITIONS

- Smoking: Not permitted at Selina locations. A charge will be billed to guests who

do not comply.

- Coolers: Not permitted at Selina locations.

- Food and drinks: If brought from outside of Selina, it may not be consumed in common

areas, with the exception of the common kitchen.

- Noise: After 11:00 pm, guests must keep noise levels to a minimum in shared

dormitories.

- Pets: Selina is pet friendly! Pet owners are required to book private rooms, as pets are

not permitted in dormitories.

- Towels: For guests staying in dormitories, there is a small towel fee, and a deposit to be

refunded once the towel is returned at check-out.

- Key deposit: Guests in dormitories will be charged a small key deposit to be refunded

once the key is returned at check-out.

- Luggage: Luggage storage is available at reception free of charge for 24 hours.

From January 8th 2022, Costa Rica will require all travelers to present proof of vaccination to access Selina and all commercial establishments in the country. Before travel, a Health Pass must be completed by each individual and will generate a QR code which can be used to gain access to all establishments in the country.

The QR code may be presented as a digital or paper copy and will grant entry to hotels, restaurants, bars and casinos, tourist attractions, shops and commercial centers, museums, gyms and spas, religious sites, event halls, theaters, cinemas, and sporting events.

Everyone aged 12 and over must comply with the mandate, while those exempt from presenting the QR code includes children under the age of 12, and those with medical conditions that prevent them from taking the vaccine as confirmed by an official doctor's letter.

Starting December 1st, tourists can receive their QR code after completing the Health Pass online. Please be aware that travel to Costa Rica is only recommended for vaccinated individuals, and tourism services will only be available to those who fit the mandate criteria.

Dahil sa Coronavirus (COVID-19), gumagawa ng hakbang ang accommodation na ito para tulungang pangalagaan ang kaligtasan ng mga guest at staff. Maaaring mabawasan o hindi maging available ang ilang service at amenity.

Dahil sa Coronavirus (COVID-19), pinaiksi ng accommodation na ito ang oras ng reception at service operation.

Dahil sa government guidelines para mabawasan ang pagkalat ng Coronavirus (COVID-19), maaaring humingi ang accommodation na ito ng karagdagang dokumento mula sa mga guest para ma-validate ang kanilang identity, travel itinerary, at iba pang kaugnay na impormasyon, sa dates kung kailan umiiral ang nasabing guidelines.

Hindi available ang spa at gym facilities sa accommodation na ito dahil sa Coronavirus (COVID-19).

Kailangang magbigay ng mga guest ng isa o higit pang requirement para makapag-stay sa accommodation na ito: katibayan ng kumpletong Coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccination, pinakabagong valid na resulta ng negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test, o pinakabagong katibayan ng paggaling mula sa Coronavirus (COVID-19).
