The spa offers a variety of treatments and therapies, including ultrasonic peeling, RF face and body lifting, and anti-aging treatments with the high-quality French cosmetics of Academie. The latest in the field of rejuvenation: Intraceuticals is a mesotherapy created on the basis of nanotechnology, which is intradermal penetration with a pressurized oxygen jet and hydration with 95% pure hyaluronic acid and a multivitamin complex. This is a needle-free (non-invasive) therapy that "awakens" the skin to a new life and will only think in LUCKY BANSKO SPA & RELAX. A children's playground and club are available. Through the winter season professional babysitters care free of charge for the children in the kids club. The hotel organises excursions to cultural sites and monasteries in the area. In spring, summer and autumn, mountain trekking hikes are organized free every Wednesday and Saturday, with mountain guides. During the active ski season rates include free transportation to and from the gondola station, every 15 minutes from 07:45 until 10:30 and from 14:00 until 17:30, as well as every 30 minutes from 10:30 until 12:00.

The cleaning and repair of the pools is part of our commitment to you, our guests, for security and safe conditions for the use of our pools. The rest of the facilities in our SPA center will function normally.
We offer two options:
➢ Guests who already have reservations in this period can go cancel without penalty or
reschedule them to another date
➢ Guests who want to keep their stay in the period 12-17.04,.2024, will be able to choose and
use one of the compensating therapies:
