LIVING AREA - 3 seater leather couch, Tasmanian oak coffee table and entertainment unit, Smart TV with Netflix, JBL sound bar for quality tunes. KITCHEN - Recently updated with quality appliances - cooktop and oven, microwave, dishwasher, and quality utensils and tableware - perfect for cooking up a storm or just enjoying a coffee or evening drink or two.
