Located 400 metres from Hobart Cruise Terminal, Scarlett's by Salamanca offers accommodation in Hobart. The top floor apartment boasts views of the sea and is 800m from the MONA Ferry Terminal and 1.1 km from the City Centre. Free WiFi and off-street parking is available. Each kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, oven and microwave. Both apartments feature one queen bed in the main bedroom - the Apartment with Sea View includes a double sofa bed in the sitting room. Each has a private bathroom that is accessed from the bedroom, with free toiletries, a hairdryer, iron, and a combination washing machine and dryer. Open plan living, dining, and kitchen with sunroom off the dining area. Contemporary furnishings with all the comforts of home. Unlimited broadband internet access - Wi-Fi. LIVING AREA - 3 seater leather couch, Tasmanian oak coffee table and entertainment unit, Smart TV with Netflix, JBL sound bar for quality tunes. KITCHEN - Recently updated with quality appliances - cooktop and oven, microwave, dishwasher, and quality utensils and tableware - perfect for cooking up a storm or just enjoying a coffee or evening drink or two. Basic cooking supplies are provided such as oil, herbs and spices as well as coffee (beans, ground, instant) and a selection of teas. DINING - 4 seater table right at a window with great views. BEDROOM - Spacious built in mirrored wardrobe, marble top bedside tables, luxurious warm queen bed with quality professionally laundered linen.
BATTERY POINT - Hobart's village feel residential area characterised by historic buildings. The popular Jackman & McCross Bakery and Cafe make a mean coffee and is less than a 5 minute walk; as well as the infamous Da Angelos Italian restaurant, Thai and Indian options too. Florist, hairdresser and boutique homewares stores. Great to just walk around the village enjoying the architecture and coastal views. SALAMANCA - The historic, creative and cultural hub of Hobart featuring top restaurants, bars, Saturday markets, artist studios, arts studios, theatre, supermarket stocking fresh gourmet Tasmanian produce, and a wide range of stores. HOBART WATERFRONT adjacent to Salamanca - more top restaurants and bars, home to world class festivals and events such as Dark Mofo, Taste of Tasmania, Wooden Boat Festival, Sydney to Hobart yacht race, Festival of Voices. Also launching point for ferries to range of destinations including MONA.
