This light and airy stay is ideal for couples, friends visiting town, or work trips, offering a comfortable and well-appointed base that combines modern conveniences with charming Art Deco touches. When you're not out enjoying an array of nearby cafes and restaurants, the contemporary kitchen is well-equipped with everything that’s needed to prepare meals, plus a dishwasher for easy clean-up. In the open-plan living and dining area, you’ll find a stylish four-seater table, while a generous sofa invites relaxed evenings with your favourite TV series or curled up with a good read. When it comes time to retire, the immaculate, all-white bathroom offers a shower and complimentary toiletries as well as a bathtub should you wish to take a leisurely soak, while the expansive bedroom includes a queen-size bed with reading lamps, ample wardrobe space, and portable heating. Added conveniences include Wi-Fi, split system air-conditioning and heating in the living and dining area, a washing machine in the kitchen, and a secure parking spot allowing you to come and go with ease. All linen and towels are provided. Some basic necessities are also provided but those that are not are expected to be purchased by the guest. We have found that guests purchase consumables that build up over time. This system seems to work well.

Located opposite Albert Park Lake, you can make use of this recreational space for walking, jogging and cycling, or take up rowing and sailing at the lake. The apartment is surrounded by other parklands with Fawkner Park and the Royal Botanic Gardens within a five-minute walk away, as well as the National Gallery of Victoria (NGV) and much more. You'll also find a range of sporting facilities nearby, including a golf driving range and Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre. St Kilda is around a 15-minute tram ride, where you can walk along the beach and pier, enjoy a dip in the sea baths, or visit nearby Luna Park and the Palais Theatre, while the CBD can also be reached by tram in around 15 minutes.
