Superb private room only with private ensuite bathroom. All other amenities shared. Positioned well in surrounding parklands and waterfront reserves right at your doorstep. - Built in Wardrobes - Gas kitchen with all kitchen appliances - Internal laundry and dryer - Security visitor parking - free - AC for cool/warm - Gas BBQ outdoor balcony - Moments to Lane Cove village, CBD Chatswood by bus in front of apartment Room itself: - Queen size bed & bedside table - Towels & extra linen available - Private ensuite - Lots of space within wardrobe Shared facilities: - Living room - Kitchen - Balcony Shared with just 1 female host and lovely ragdoll sealpoint cat Door lock with key for security and privacy. There is visitors parking available, please let me know before arrival so I can guide you with the access. Streaming services on 65 inch TV include Netflix, Youtube Premium, Disney Plus, Amazon Prime. Feel free to listen to music on JBL soundbar connectivity through Optical, Bluetooth. Full range of kitchen appliances from Airfryer, Espresso Barista Coffee, Juicer, Blender etc.. Feel free to make an Espresso/Cappuccino coffee as well as complementary tea options. There are some boardgames for entertainment. Wifi password QR code located in the room for ease of connectivity.
There are surrounding parks and lake right at your doorstep. Very scenic and naturistic. Centro convenience store is open till 10pm for groceries and snacks.
