This characterful 4-bedroom single level home that has already been cleverly renovated with paved entertaining patios to the front & rear, well-equipped kitchen, open-plan living and dining area, 2 sleek fully-tiled bathrooms, plus ample onsite parking behind secure gate. It given its seamless access to major shopping centres including Southland, Thrift Park and Kingston Plaza, schools, beautiful beaches, transportation and parkland. The 1st bedroom with BIR commands a view of the front, whilst the neat 2nd and 3rd bedroom are bright and airy and each one has a ceiling fan light. The fourth bedroom is at the rear, it has a separate aircon unit with a sofa bed and a desk. • You will have full access to all areas of entire house except the granny flat at the rear of the yard. • There is one guest parking at the front yard and there are two more spaces at the rear of the property as long as you don’t block the driveway and neighbours' in & out and footpath! • Pets not allowed to sleep on our beds and sofa, please BYO beds. • Please pull the bins out to the natural strip kerbside with the lid closed on TUESDAY night for the weekly rubbish collection. • Free Wi-Fi
Conveniently close to Thrift Park Shopping Centre, Mentone station and DFO, walking distance to schools, Walter Galt Reserve, Don Tatnell Leisure Centre and just minutes drive to a choice of beautiful bayside beaches.
