Back inside, a comfortable L-shaped lounge extends into a sofa bed upon request—sleeping one additional guest. Use the Chromecast to stream your favourite movies and shows or play one of the Xbox games provided. Split-system heating and cooling keep temperatures comfortable year-round. Stock up on groceries at Woolworth’s Metro or IGA nearby and whip up meals in the streamlined kitchen, offering premium appliances and all the essentials. You’ll also enjoy additional amenities such as a dishwasher, sandwich press, and Delonghi espresso machine. A hand-crafted, high-top table set with four chairs invites your group to share meals and provides additional bench space while cooking. The bedroom is a restful retreat, with a calm, neutral colour palette and plush carpeting. Cosy up in the queen-size bed and draw the black-out blinds to encourage a sleep-in. A mirrored wardrobe offers plenty of storage space to hang and fold your clothes—plus a pedestal fan, iron and ironing board. Under the bed, you’ll find a foldable desk that can be set up anywhere to easily work from home. The tiled bathroom features a functional layout fit with a mirrored vanity and storage and a glass shower with an adjustable head. It also houses an in-unit washing machine and dryer, making it easy to catch up on laundry. Free, secure parking for one car is provided in the garage and also, timed street parking.

Abbotsford is a leafy pocket of Melbourne’s inner north, sandwiched between the vibrant suburbs of Collingwood, Richmond and Clifton Hilll—which are easily accessible via public transport. The Yarra River runs adjacent to your stay, making it easy to start your day with a stroll along the Yarra Trail to check out the scenic views at Dight Falls and Deep Rock Historical Swimming Hole. The Abbotsford Convent and Collingwood Children’s Farm are just down the road where you can make friends with the animals, dine on fresh produce, or relax amongst the manicured gardens. Depending on when you’re travelling, you may be able to catch a women’s AFL game at Victoria Park. Enjoy the hip and trendy end of Abbotsford—just a five-minute walk from Johnston Street, lined with cafes, sandwich shops, pizzerias and boutique shopping. Stock up on groceries at the Woolworth’s Metro or IGA, both close by, or opt to dine out and savour a pub feed at the Yarra Hotel. If you’re in the mood for a sandwich, you have to check out Kelso’s for lunch, while Rita’s pizza is some of the best on this side of the city. You’ll have easy access to the CBD and surrounding suburbs, with Victoria Park Station just a 10-minute stroll from home.
