Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Generously proportioned living area, allowing for an ultra-comfortable home experience. This experience includes a spacious, open kitchen with plenty of cupboard and bench space along with Smeg gas appliances. The two bedrooms feature built-in robes and the gleaming central bathroom is home to a sumptuous shower. Further features include European laundry, split-system heating/cooling and a video intercom system. Please note that property is located on level one, accessible by staircase only.
Set in a brilliant central position, you’re steps away from Maribyrnong River Trail and expansive parklands, and an easy stroll from all the colour, culture, restaurants and retail options of central Footscray. Newly built apartment, only a 15 minute drive to the city There is an IGA 150 meters away and a Mcdonalds on the ground level There is free on street parking for unlimited time around the corner (approximately 50-100 meters away from the property) Whether you're looking to head to the city or the local shopping centre, the easiest way to do this is via public transport. There is both a tram and bus stop on the GF of the building. The 82 tram will take you all the way to Highpoint shopping centre in one direction (approximately 12 mins). On the other hand, you can take a 6 min bus ride to Footscray station with direct routes to the city.
