The modern kitchen comes fully equipped for meals at home, with high-quality appliances and cooking utensils, including an espresso machine. Have some home-cooked meals at the breakfast bar or sit in the balcony with your morning coffee. The living room features a dedicated workspace for those on a business trip and a sofa to relax after a busy day in front of the TV. The combination of air-conditioning and ceiling fans keeps things comfortable all year round. Both bedrooms are well presented for a good night’s sleep. The primary bedroom comes with a plush queen-sized bed set with side tables and reading lights. It offers plenty of storage space for your belongings and benefits from an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is equally comfortable with a queen-sized bed and mirrored wardrobes. A full second bathroom adds to your everyday convenience, with a combination bathtub and shower. You’ll also have access to laundry facilities, including both a washing machine and dryer. Garage parking is provided for one car.

Just a 10-minute drive from the Brisbane CBD, the suburb of Toowong is a vibrant riverside neighbourhood brimming with classic Queensland charm. It’s home to Toowong Memorial Park and a good mix of eateries, as well as Toowong Village catering to your shopping essentials. From Toowong Station, you can jump on the train for the swift seven-minute ride to Roma Street, in the heart of the CBD. Or hop on a ferry from Regatta terminal for the scenic journey along the river. Get cultured at the Queensland Museum and Queensland Performing Arts Centre, discover trendy Fortitude Valley, with its lauded fashion and dining on James Street, and check out what’s on at the Brisbane Powerhouse at New Farm.
