Hobart Avenue Apartments are situated in the Sandy Bay area of Hobart. “The Residence”, is a first floor luxury apartment located in the heart of Sandy Bay. Located in a boutique apartment building, it is walking distance to all the hustle and bustle of Sandy Bay Hobart CBD and the historic waterfront. The property is 2 km from the central district of Hobart/ historic Salamanca precinct and has views of the Mount Wellington and a 5 minute walk to the Sandy Bay shops. The apartments back onto the Fitzroy Gardens and children’s play area. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, dining and lounge area with 2 bedrooms, bathroom/laundry Netflix is supplied complimentary on flat screen TV and free wi-fi is provided. Keyless entry makes entering the apartment easy. Hobart International Airport is a 18 kilometres drive. The apartments are close to the Hobart Hockey Centre, Hobart Aquatic Centre and UTAS and the Hobart Royal Yacht club. The property can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests and will suit families or couples traveling together. Larger groups can be accommodated if more than one apartment is booked. “The Residence”, is stylishly designed with guest enjoyment and comfort in mind. Please note this apartment is on the first floor and access to “The Residence” is via 16 steps.
