Første natt fikk vi et flott 6-mannsrom med god plass. Dersom vi hadde beholdt dette rommet gjennom hele oppholdet hadde vi gitt full score på alt her. Flott balkong og god plassering.

I met the best staff, with miu and ben! I met a lot of nice travelers and they make it easier to get along with activities and pub croud!

The hostel is amazing. Comfortable beds, clean showers, included breakfast. They also have free walking tours. It’s right in the center with many shops and restaurants around. Staff is very helpful, whatever I needed they helped me. Also, I needed to fix my phone and laptop, Hung helped me to find the place and gave me a ride. In general I got very good experience in the hostel and they do care about customers.

The property is close to St. The service was great, they helped me get a taxi ride set up so someone was ready and waiting for me when I got to the airport. I also was able to book into the same room as my friend even though we had separate bookings. They answered all of our questions patiently and let us know when someone else booked into our dorm so we weren’t surprised! The size of the lockers in the room was really nice, I brought a big suitcase and it fit.

We checked out early in the morning for our Ninh Binh tour, and they kindly allowed us to leave our luggage with them. We came back for our bags around 8PM then head to our bus to Sapa.
