The bed was really comfortable, the bathroom was very nice, hot water. It was hot in Madrid but the air conditioning was perfect. There was a control to change the temperature within the room. Staff was friendly and helpful with all questions and ordered a taxi for me to the airport. The location is excellent for exploring Madrid! I would stay here again.

Awesome staff, especially Ricardo and Agustín. helped me out with anything I needed, gave me a map and advice for the main attractions of Madrid, and the whole social dynamic of the hostel is thanks to them and they're doing such a good work. And that's true also about all the staff memebers.

But the best part is the common use area where you have the wonderful kitchen i used everyday. The staying was super positive. The bedroooms were cleaned everyday and the location is perfect. 10 out of 10. If i return to Madrid i would definitely go there.

Petit Hostel Palacio Real terletak di Madrid, terletak sejauh 8 menit jalan kaki dari Stasiun Metro Plaza de Espana, dan menawarkan check-in dan check-out ekspres, kamar, lounge bersama, WiFi gratis... I liked the cleanliness and easy, compact, friendly, neat way the hostel presented itself. Definitely recommended for any lenght of stay. Good working area, everything you need (extra charge for breakfast or washing/drying clothes, but at good rates). I would definitely come back!
