We had an accident for our car rental during our stay. Mathieu came to help us. We thanked you for his help. The room and the shared bathroom are clean. We like the shared kitchen. All rooms at Auberge Saintlo Montréal Hostel are air-conditioned, have access to free WiFi and have an en suite bathroom. Bed sheets are provided and a continental breakfast is served every morning free of charge. Comfy mattress, pillow, and duvet. Good shower. Plug and light by bed. My flight arrived at 11 pm and I was able to take the 747 bus to the hostel (2 min walk). I also took a 6:25 am train to Quebec City and was able to walk the 15 minutes to the central train station. Great location by shops and restaurants, 24 desk, and free activities offered. Very clean, too!
