I stayed in a dormitory. The beds were high-quality bunk beds, not pipe ones, and the air conditioning worked very well. The staff were extremely kind, and the location was also convenient. What was surprising was the cleanliness of the shower room. I have never seen such a clean shower room in Hanoi. It exceeded the cost in terms of cleanliness. In addition, there is a restaurant attached to the front desk, making it a very good layout for a relaxing stay. There is a large luggage storage area on the first floor, and I was able to leave my luggage even after check-in.

This is an amazing place where the staff will do everything to help you to have easier and more comfortable trip. They provide not only a good place to sleep but also will help you to book a bus transfer to another city and organise tours to Ha Long Bay, Sapa, Ha Giang and any other important places in Vietnam. Stayed only 2 nights but really nice hostel. Cozy, comfortable, tea and coffee available throughout the day, smiley staff, clean rooms and bathrooms. You can book a taxi to the airport too. There’s a rooftop area where you can escape the noise of the city. Really nice.
