A very nice facility with friendly and very honest service. My friend lost his wallet and passport at the hotel and the staff brought it to him. Very clean apartment. The hotel has its own tourist agency which we also used - we were very pleased with the services. We got a very good breakfast.

Great location, the port is within walking distance. Basic but nice and clean room with hot water. Although there was no heating, the room was not so cold - they provide you with warm blankets for the night so that was ok. Great breakfast service. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they gave us advice on what to visit - we could also rent bikes to visit the Reserva Nacional autonomously.
