Great location, walking distance to beaches, greyhound bus, cafes, restaurants.... Surfboard rental in the hostel (20aud/6 hours), very clean, very good amenities, great showers with shower gel, shampoo etc.. quite big room (4 bed dorm).. There are so many crappy hostels in Australia... This one is a great exception! Best hostel in Australia so far!

The hostel overall is great, amazing location right off main beach. The staff are friendly and lovely, & the bathrooms are cleaned regularly. Having the bar upstairs with amazing specials and activities is awesome and really adds to the experience which I think makes it the best hostel in Byron.

Great location (direct access to the beach from the backyard), staff were really helpful (I had interviews to do and they gave me the keys of an empty room), guests are friendly and there are always people gathering throughout the day and in evenings, the hostel is always quiet after 10:30pm, reception open until 9pm, free access to computers and Netflix, kitchen cleaned twice a day with room for your food in the fridges and shelves. Overall a very warm atmosphere and I definitely advise you to stay there!

Was just amazing, you should stay here during your visit in Byron imo. Location is pretty amazing first, easy to access Woolworth and beaches so as lots of local shops. Staff are exceptionally kind and helpful. Facilities are all tremendous, the bed was really comfy and showers were working well. The room was cleaned everyday. Kitchen had all utensils we need for cooking and Internet room in the hostel was also great with a bunch of books. Not a party hostel but for 30s backpackers like me was pretty nice.

Probably, the best hostel I've ever been to in my life. They give you a free drink when you arrive, they gave me a better room than the one I booked, everything is super clean, the kitchen is huge, everyone is so nice, they have a bar with happy hours and cheap pizzas, I can continue like this forever.
