She had menus for local places, maps and brochures for local attractions too and could talk about them in detail. I wish we had stayed another night.

Everything was perfect! Anne is an excellent host and her availability was spot on! She even booked a place for us to celebrate my father's Birthday... 100% Recommended! Thank you so so much :)

Featuring a garden and views of garden, The Coachhouse @ Kingsfort House is a guest house situated in a historic building in Ballintogher, 13 km from Sligo Abbey. We had a wonderful stay. The room was very nice and comfortable. The breakfasts were very good. The owner Mike was so helpful, giving us ideas of things to do and see. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Located in Drumcliff and only 8.2 km from Sligo County Museum, Yeats Lodge provides accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. Nice comfy room and bathroom, in the middle of nature, the breakfast was self-service but included and everything was there what you needed.

Set in a 500-acre private estate, this 18th-century country house offers luxury rooms with countryside views and its own tennis court. Guests can enjoy on-site trout fishing in the river. Coopershill is steeped in history which was in itself a reason for a memorable stay. Add to that the welcoming owners and their fantastic and friendly staff, from whom nothing was too much trouble, and cap the whole thing off with gourmet standard food (both the breakfasts and evening meals) using local ingredients, many from the immediate locale and attached gardens, all of which results, in my opinion that it would be hard to beat, not just in Ireland, but also many of the other countries that I have visited.

Great location for attending a nearby wedding at Markree Castle. Clean, spacious bedroom with ensuite, good parking, good communication.

The host was very friendly and helpful in advising us on areas to visit in Sligo.The location was ideal for us,a 2 hour drive from our home,within easy access of all areas of interest to us in Sligo,ie Strandhill,the lakes and woodlands,and Sligo town itself.
