As a handyman/DIYer, I was especially intrigued by how well the magnificent old building had been restored, with the finest materials, from top to bottom, along with the finest craftsmanship, maintaining the Old World integrity of the structure, while fully updating it with the clean, crisp edges of modernity. The scrumptious breakfasts were also a highlight of our visit, as they seemed to be for all the other very contented guests as well!

Located in Wintrich, within 40 km of Arena Trier and 42 km of Trier Central Station, Gästehaus Föhr provides accommodation with a garden as well as free private parking for guests who drive. The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. Lovely bottles of wine available at a reasonable price. The room was spacious with a great balcony and a view of the valley and vineyards. The breakfast was amazing with egg, cheeses, cold cuts, and lots of fruit. The bike path along the Mosel is very close so lots of opportunity for walking and biking. Nice restaurants close by as well.

A recently renovated guest house in Üdersdorf, Gasthaus Paula offers sun terrace, private parking and sports facilities. It is located 31 km from Nuerburgring and offers a concierge service. It is a very cozy and comfortable place and very friendly hosts. I would surely love to stay there one more time.

Located in Siershahn, Jochen's Haus - Zimmer & Bad is a recently renovated accommodation, 32 km from Löhr-Center and 32 km from Liebfrauenkirche Koblenz. Everything was so clean, nice and practical. Jochen even provides additional things like toothpaste, toothbrush, snacks, coffee etc. It felt amazing to stay in his place. There was no noise. The neighborhood is super quiet and safe. You can park right in the front. Jochen is a very kind host too.

Located in Hinterweidenthal, 44 km from Kaiserslautern University of Technology, Annettes Pfalz provides accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a... Annette greeted us very warmly and made sure that we were able to eat out at the restaurant of our choice in the evening. Sumptuous breakfast. We would wish to have stayed longer to enjoy the garden and the surroundings of Hinterweidenthal.

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated and the breakfast just extraordinary. You could see and taste the love put into every dish. Thank you very much!

Boasting a garden and views of quiet street, Hanne's Gästestudio is a recently renovated homestay situated in Osann-Monzel, 32 km from Arena Trier. This lovely apartment is very private with a small garden, perfect for relaxing. We felt very welcomed by the lovely host. There are good facilities to cook for yourself if you wish and the breakfast was delicious.

Christian is an excellent host, he was very worried for me and for my son. The attention was great and he really cares about the people. We really enjoy the time there. The food of his restaurant is incredible and everything is delicious 😋
