Suoxiyu is 3.2 km from the property. Extremely helpful owner that went above and beyond. He spent so much time explaining the best routes to take, laid out how much time each part of the park will take and all the prices for cableways and alternative paths. Also let us know the parts of the park that are currently closed so we don't waste any time. There is a microwave, he will put any items in the fridge for you, and also kindly helped us figure out laundry on the roof. Location can't get any better, dozens of restaurants in the area and Zhangjiajie gate was exactly a 5 minute walk away.

Peipei was also extremely nice, helping me with the taxi from the airport (calling with them directly to provide them with instructions), and she even reimbursed me the money the taxi overcharged me. Beds were very comfortable. Working airco. Overall clean. Good location, close to the bus and train station.

The accommodation features luggage storage space, room service and organising tours for guests. The location was great, close to Tianmen cable car and bus station. The host Jenny speaks good English and was really helpful, also buying us tickets to the parks. Overall we had a great stay, very recommended.

The hotel is so cute and there are a lot of restaurants in the area. Breakfast was so good and they recommend us a local restaurant that we loved. Room is huge and has everything what you would need.

Тhis is one of the best hotels I've been to! For this price we got a big apartment consisting of two rooms, a small dining room and a beautiful clean bathroom. Everything was modern and clean (what is not oft in China!). It is possible to wash and dry your clothes at the hotel. The hotel located 15 minutes from the entrance to the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and near the main street with cafes, markets and shops. But the most important thing is the staff! An excellent girl immediately wrote out a plan for us for 3 days, with all the routes and places to visit! She gave us a map and noted everything on it, helped us buy all the necessary tickets, was always in touch and even changed money at the bank so that we didn’t waste time on it! It was just a delight!

They provide to and fro ferry service to the hotel and provide us a very good video explanation when we wanted to visit the tian meng san and give us good advice on the route to walk. The boss and lady boss are so friendly. Will recommend to my relative or friends if they visit that area.
