Located 1 km from Scarlino Station, Casa Vacanze La Tortuga is surrounded by a 3000 m² garden. It has an outdoor pool and country-style apartments with a log fire and satellite TV. Animals on the grounds were a nice attraction for the kids. Decent location for the beach and some quaint villages.

Offering a pool, free fitness centre, and children’s playground, Villaggio I Sorbizzi is situated in Marina di Bibbona, in front of a sandy beach. Excellent location and awesome inside facilities. This is a great place for kids. Definitely will come back again.

Offering a private beach area, Paradù EcoVillage & Resort is set in Marina di Castagneto Carducci in the Tuscany Region, 48 km from Livorno. Volterra is 37 km away. This was an amazing few nights stay for us. The resort is fabulous, located by the beach, little chalets are between pines trees. The chalet we had was perfect for our family of 5. There is plenty to do for the kids. Pools were very busy but we didn’t mind as the beach and sea was what we preferred. Our son was the only speaking child in the kids club ( this was. A group for 10 year olds) but the person looking after the group (Abdullah) made sure that our boys felt included and had a great time. The Italian boys were also very welcoming and super kind and so my son had a very good time. We loved the evening entertainment. Food was a bit meh, for Italian beautiful food standards but it was fresh and overall ok for few days (I am not sure I would be happy if we stayed over the week 😀 the cook really needs to learn how to make scrambled eggs. But the omlettes were good). The little shop on the facilities was just great for daily groceries. Overal amazing!

Set in the Tuscan countryside 3 km from Lake Bilancino, Mugello Verde features mobile homes and apartments with a shared garden and playground. Location: 9/10 (Just stopover for us from Venice to Pisa). Good for hiking! Cleanliness: 10/10 We stayed in 3 bedroom mobile home. All bedrooms, toilet and bathroom are clean. The kichenettes well prepared (Plates, cups/mugs, pots/pans, stove). Staff: 10/10 Friendly and welcomed. Got restaurant and mini market.

The garden is equipped with barbecue facilities. the place was way better than the photos, beautifully designed rooms, large and comfy beds and so well equipped, the location is sublime and peaceful and the staff are so nice and helpful, they even gave us free late check out, so friendly and welcoming
