A tropical-inspired water park with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, oriental spa area and spacious accommodation are offered by this holiday park. It enjoys a scenic location in the Zittau mountain region. Very spacious apartment. Joyful swimming pools and sauna for kids and adults. Nice playground and toys, too. The area is very pretty and fresh, even though the weather during our stay was gray and rainy. I'd personally love the lights in the apartment more bright.

Place,staff, apartments.. everything is just perfect. If you need something just call to Tanja ,if you don't speak German , it's not a problem because Tanja speak English . Near the place is "netto" (about 4 km and Lidl less than 10 ) it's good spot to travel to Prague and Dresden. And of course Saxony national park and Konigstain fortress

The apartments and the hotel has a cool design and it is well located in the middle of Neustadt. There were two separate rooms which were nice. The swimming pool is also pretty.

Nice hotel, there was everything we needed. It was modest, so no unnecessary equipment in the room, but we had everything we needed. Instead of minibar they have small self-service shelf near reception, which is even better due to bigger variety of goods and ease of access. There was a swimming pool available 24/7, a bit challenge how to get bathrobe and towels (no instructions in the room), but eventually we found everything on the main reception.

One of my best stays ever! Very good location, easy to arrive by walk from Neustad station but also many trams (or walk) take you to the old town. The room was very nice size and I loved the colours and the decoration. There was also nice swimming pool. You also get a coupong to the nearby cafe.

Great location, close to everything, clean and very cosy. Loved the modern decoration! Staff kind and helpful. My husband had forgotten his swimming suit so the receptionist suggested a shop two minutes away from the hotel and we also got a discount! The swimming pool was lovely!

The range of choice at breakfast was exceptional and the food quality was first class. I was impressed with the cleanliness in the whole hotel. The location was wonderful as it was great to have street food stalls and entertainment nearby, plus the hotel was close to shopping areas.

A nice park built like a small holiday village in an impressive landscape. Clean and provide good hospitality, very family friendly with leisure activities for the kids. (playgrounds, kids club, ...) Perfect place to relax and spend some time with the family. We particularly liked the indoor swimming pool and the birds singing!
