Communication was very good, self check in was easy, and parking was easily available in the street. As a big plus, it was nicely decorated for Christmas, making us feeling home!

This recently renovated holiday home is located 600 metres from Aretusa Beach and 700 metres from Cala Rossa Beach. The property is non-smoking and is located 300 metres from Syracuse Cathedral. The accommodation is beautiful, comfortable and in a perfect location. Vincenzo and his son Michele did everything to make us feel welcome. When we visit Sicily again, Al Settimo porta marina will be our choice again.

Everything was amazing, the host was super helpful and friendly, the apartment was super new, well kept and clean, with comfortable and beds, amazing pillows, everything was smelling good and clean, there was even coffee, water and sodas as a welcome to the guests and laundry detergent. The location was excellent, near the main attractions in the historical center and a walking distance to restaurants and shops

Veronica and her husband were very kind and very helpful!! Really nice people . We were able to store our belongings for a few days to go to Taormina. They provided shuttle references as well. Great hosts !!! The Appartment was very modern and had all someone might need for a long stay. We only stayed one night but would have loved to stay longer if we could. Waking distance to everything in town as well.

Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. Every room includes a balcony with garden views. The place is amazing, nicely located, super modern and clean. Fantastic bathroom, comfy beds and possibility to order breakfast. The Owner is also really nice, gave us keys and presented all room.

If you look for a nice place to escape, it’s for you. Was there in March but easily can imagine how amazing the place is during the summer with the pool and the nice outdoors area.
