Our host Giovanni contacted me upfront to meet ,as access to the villa was on a crowded road and tricky to access coming from Dubrovnik. During our stay Giovanni was always available for help ( heated pool only as of end of September, but I called, and he immediately proposed to come over to arrange for the heating. he arranged for a restaurant at our arrival. only superlatives to express the feeling we had. We had a wonderful time. the view from the terrace was stunning . Direct access to the sea... the pictures on Booking.com are exactly as it is : a wonderful place to stay. please bear in mind that you really need a car as a couple of km out of Slano where you can do buy groceries, bigger shops are to be found direction Dubrovnik. Amazing host. Tereza was so helpful, meeting us when we arrived, after suggesting where to do a little shopping beforehand. We received a guided tour of the lovely villa and grounds along with excellent suggestions of where to visit and which restaurants to try. The villa and facilities are amazing. Fabulous pool and easy access to the sea from the lower of the many terraces. A great place to relax in your own space and a good base from which to explore.

The best location possible! Private access to the see, great view. Neighbours only on one side but it is also a private house, no noise or disturbance It is just 50 off the main road but you do not see any traffic and can hardly hear anything. It is close enough to Dubrovnik (25 min drive) and at the same time far enough not be annoyed by the ridiculous hordes of tourists there

The house has a good location and a beautiful view for the sea! One can feel that one is arriving in somebody’s home and not in an apartment for rent. It is best for 3 people, but we were 5 and we could solve it without any big problem. Don’t hesitate to book it! Good choice!
