I'm so glad that we chanced upon Loma cottage during this stay. It is located in the very quiet corner on Bruny island, a few minutes' walk down to the sea and a few minutes' drive to the wine house where you can have lunch on weekdays and dinner on Saturday. The cottage is newly renovated and well very maintained. The room was sparkling clean and comfortable. The kitchen has got everything you need to make your own meal, there's also a microwave over, an oven there. You can enjoy the tranquility without sacrificing the modern comfort here. The hosts are super nice and helpful. We received a very detailed instruction letter before the arrival so guests can arrive prepared.

A beautiful cabin by the sea. Well stocked pantry and cooking facilities (BBQ in the backyard). There are plenty of books to read by the fireplace, or have a go in drawing some cute birds in the drawing room. Awesome view of the sea and expect some visitors (wallabies) at dawn:) Rachel is a great host and easy to communicate with. Thanks for providing us lots of great local produce (sourdough bread, eggs, fruits and honey).

The ambiance of the residence was exceptional. The decor & facilities enabled us to feel comfortable & gave value for money. The beds were very comfortable. The property was rural and had a large back yard with lovely views of trees. The archtectural design of the building was clever & well thought out in terms of accomodating 2 bedrooms with ensuites either end of the building with a breeze way between one bedroom & the living/ kitchen/ bedroom end. A laundry was hidden behind a roll up door next to the breeze way.
