Penzion Črni Baron se nahaja samo 1 km iz središča Maribora, v Malečniku, 20 m od avtobusne postaje. A warm and friendly welcome. Owners and staff were lovely Room was spacious, clean with comfortable bed, huge tv with english films and aircon, complimentary water in fridge. Bathroom was lovely with large shower and constant hot water. Restaurant food was delicious and plentiful. Breakfast doesn't start until 8am so as we were leaving early they made us a breakfast to go. Would definitely recommend and will be on my list to stop again when travelling through

Amazing couple of days at Taverna. Food was incredible (breakfast & dinner) wine was delicious and the views are absolutely stunning! All the staff is wonderful and friendly and welcoming. My favorite part was sitting on our patio enjoying a glass of wine with the sunset over the vineyards. I will absolutely return and recommend Taverna to anyone!

Apartma je bil udoben in čist. Oprema je bila brezhibna. Razgled iz apartmaja je čudovit. Letna kuhinja je lepo založena. Vsa posoda je tako lepa kot praktična. Posebej bi pohvalila prijazno osebje in domače. Možnosti za pohodništvo so pestre. Lahko pa samo počivaš na ležalnikih in uživaš v miru in razgledih.

Guest house Stara lipa Tašner - free parking & kitchenette is located 1.2 km from the Pohorje Ski Resort, and 4 km from the centre of Maribor. We thank the owners for the good conditions, sunny rooms, warmth and cleanliness. Each room includes a small balcony with a table and chairs. Ksenia helped us with all the little questions - such as orientation in the city, and basic markings on the map, and was always in touch. The reception includes a cosy place to relax or freelance. We easily got from the city center by bus, the stop is near to the hotel. There is a wonderful restaurant in the courtyard of the guesthouse, with its own history and delicious traditional food.Within walking distance there are shops, oriental cuisine and incredible scenery for walking. If you are looking for comfort and peace this is the place for you. Nearby are mountains, streams, a ski resort, beautiful landscape and the opportunity to stroll in the cozy neighborhoods of mountain dwellers. We recommend.

Gostišče Vračko se nahaja v idilični vasi Jurij, le 1 km od avstrijske meje. The rooms were very large, modern and absolutely spotless. The owners and staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The attached Restaurant is well worth the visit with great wines from just around the corner and the dishes go well beyond what one can expect on a country side stay. We were a bit worried about the windows facing the road, but they are isolating well and there was hardly any traffic. Wonderful green nature all around.
