The accommodation has a great central location and is only a short walk from the station. The accommodation is comfortable and spotlessly clean. It is situated 3.5 km from Norman Castle of Cosenza and features a lift. The guest house features family rooms. First of all the host - Rosa, super friendly and extremely helpful. Went out of her way to help us and we just loved stopping and chatting with her. The location was very central and in walking distance to the popular Corso Mazzini. Plenty of parking, buses at the doorstep, supermarket on the corner, coffee bar downstairs, plenty of cafes and restaurants in close walking distance. Also it was so clean and fresh and the rooms are all just stunning. It’s private and quiet. The housekeeper is wonderful. We loved so much about Cinque Stanze.

The bistrot owned by the hostess husband is very charming and takes most of the piazza next to the property. The AC worked well, everything was spotless clean. Simona, the hostess was great with recommendations. I really enjoyed San Nicola.
