The lady here was friendly and welcoming. The outside has a traditional look while inside, the room had a modern bathroom which was nice. The breakfast was excellent and the atmosphere was cozy. There was plenty of room to park on the nearest road. I would definitely recommend staying here! Note: If you have trouble finding the check-in or if someone isn't there, just give the lady a call, or you can ask at the nearby Konstantinou & Eleni (Κωνσταντίνου & Ελένης). (This is where we had our breakfast.) These guesthouses are run by the same family and would be happy to help.

Very clean and aesthetically pleasing, every detail was taken care of. We were amazed by the gorgeous view from our room. The breakfast was diversified and tasty, you can enjoy it on the glass-enclosed terrace. The Owner speaks English fluently. He‘s very friendly and helpful with planning the hiking routes. The neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet - perfect place to relax. We enjoyed our stay a lot and can definitely recommend it. Ευχαριστούμε !

Ubytovanie Hypnos Cozy Living sa nachádza v destinácii Ioannina 5 min. chôdze od miesta Hrad v Ioannine a 200 metrov od miesta Katedrála Agios Athanasios. The location of the accommodation is central and closed to all attractions, the city, the castle and the lake. Free parking compound is located about 10-minute walk from the accommodation. The staff, Dafni, was extremely friendly and helpful. She gave us a very warm welcome on our arrival, and helped us to carry all our luggage to our room. She also provided us with direction to the carpark as well as comprehensive information on attractions, good restaurants and cafes nearby. We booked a double room but were provided with an option to upgrade to a triple room which was of excellent size, clean, tidy, modern, quiet and well-facilitated. The bed was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was lovely, including crepes, omelette and fried eggs, hams, cheese, sausages, cookies, cakes, bakery, juices etc. We are very satisfied with this accommodation.

The owner was very polite. The breakfasrt (all local and homemade dishes) served at a balkony, wide overlooking a mountai ridge, would alone deserve a score of 15 or so. Higly recommended.

Very luxury with a nice bathroom and shower. Very comfortable bedroom with a good comfy bed. Supermarkets are very close by, which is a big plus. The great bacony has a great view. 2 small things that could improve the excellent feeling, is a larger bar table (it is now to short to seat at, therefore not comfortable enough to eat your breakfast or dinner) and more comfortable chairs on the balcony. Overall it is big value for money! And the hospitality of the host is a big plus as well!

Great hotel in an amazing location, just inside the old city. The design is young and stylized, the rooms are new, clean and well equipped. The breakfast was amazing. Highly recommend.
