Cute and large breakfast. We highly recommend the place, also because of the perfect location and the nice view.

At the guest house, all rooms come with a wardrobe. At 18 Ledra Drive each room has a private bathroom and bed linen. Pagham Getaways exceeded our expectation. We stayed in room 2 which was a decent size double room with an amazing bath, supplied with bubble bath to use as needed. The added touches like tea and coffee making in the room is so simple but really made our stay! The location of the house is perfect, over looking the beach and not to far from the local amenities which are easy to access by a short walk. We has such a quiet and peaceful stay at Pagham Getaways and although we were not the only guests in the accommodation, we did not notice we were not alone. We only booked to stay one night due to other plans however we would have happily stayed longer. Rosie popped by on the Saturday morning and was very friendly and welcoming, was happy to stand and talk to us! Would definitely be coming back here, we have already looked to book up again early next year and thinking of booking later in the year to really enjoy the use of the beach right on the door step.

Wonderful old coach inn and great pub with great food. Room was spacious & very comfortable. Lots of very thoughtful touches that made our stay even better.

My second time there and it was just wonderful again, as I wrote after my first time a place straight out of a Beautiful Homes magazine. The couple who own the house are wonderful too, super nice, flexible and helpful, they really made me feel at home. Thank you and hope to see you again soon!

Linden House is situated in a rural location within an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, 2 km from the sea and around 8 km from Chichester, offering views of the surrounding countryside. It features free WiFi and ample private parking. Wonderful hosts who are so helpful they upgraded me to the West Wing as it was empty for the duration of my stay. The West Wing is so cosy and perfect for a couple very quiet and it has an honesty bar with Wine , beer and cider . A very cute little property with all you need for a little get away. This is my second time staying here and will be back again soon

A welcoming country inn with an excellent dining room and menu choice. Our room was modern, clean and very convenient. Couldn't fault it.
