Again, another superb experience with Susan and the team. An excellent breakfast, spotless rooms and THE most convenient location in the St.Anne's area. Exceptional vaue for money and probably the best hotel in the town. I recommend this hotel unreservedly.

The dining room /lounge area is comfortable and you have no need to worry about breakfast everything you could want is there waiting for you, unfortunately didn't get chance to sample the home cooked breakfast. The room was luxurious and had toiletries provided.

Facing the seafront, Balmoral offers 3-star accommodation in Morecambe and features a terrace, bar and shared lounge. The location is BEAUTIFUL! Viv was AMAZING and so friendly. We ended up in a massive traffic jam due to an incident on the way to our location, and Viv was wonderful in allowing for a later check in due to our situation. The room was clean and well laid out, we had an ocean facing room on the top floor, with plenty of comfortable sleeping room. We did a little exploring the following day with recommendations from Viv before we continued on to Scotland. Breakfast was delicious and made to perfection, other guests were equally as cheerful with the location and accommodation, but Viv and her positive welcoming demeanour was by far the highlight of our experience. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the area, or travelling through.
