Ty Castell Guest House is situated in Caerphilly, 13 km from University of South Wales - Cardiff Campus, 13 km from Motorpoint Arena Cardiff, as well as 14 km from Cardiff Castle. Our stay here was a 30 minute alternate to the higher prices in Cardiff. We were a 10 minute walk to the train station. Steve was very accommodating with parking and early check in. We arrived early and took in The Little Cheese Festival in Caerphilly. We enjoyed a great breakfast on the first morning.

The room was spacious. The bed comfy. The shower powerful. The location was ideal for what we wanted. Janice gave us little extras and treats which made it special. The food was lovely with good choices.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Dinner was delicious and breakfast was so good, it was plentiful with lots of options.

Lovely room. The bed was super comfy and very big, also the facilities were excellent. The bathroom was so nice, I love the style of it all and the easy to use shower.

Featuring a hot tub, The Stables is located in Monmouth. The property features mountain and garden views, and is 48 km from Kingsholm Stadium. The quiet the view from the bedroom window the jacuzzi under the moonlit sky having no contact with the owner very private great bathroom comfortable bed. We found it a bit of a special place however we were really lucky with the waether.
