The owners are friendly and welcoming. I loved the firm bed, smart TV, fast broadband, Fridge and Chocolate! I'd definitely stay again, it's very good value.

El gran surtido de desayuno y la gran amabilidad de Jonh y su esposa, Además de sus amorosos gatitos :) La pareja nos acercó al aeropuerto sin pedírselo y eso nos permitió llegar a tiempo y de forma cómoda. Habitación y casa muy limpias.

El Victoria Villa Guesthouse se encuentra en Clacton-on-Sea, a 100 metros de la playa de Clacton, y ofrece jardín, habitaciones para no fumadores y wifi gratis. Amazing cooked to order breakfast. I was in a small single room with shared bathroom which is perfect if you are on a budget. 10 minute walk to the train station and 1 minute to the beach, shops, busses, pier, arcades etc. There are also large rooms for families and couples.

El Alma Inn & Dining Rooms, situado junto al The Pier en Harwich, a 400 metros del centro de la localidad, acepta mascotas y ofrece wifi gratis y un restaurante. El alojamiento alberga un bar. The best inn I have ever stayed inn! It's a 1500s building and it is gorgeous and fascinating inside. So much to look at, lovingly and tastefully restored and preserved. See pics. Fantastic staff. I didn't use the pub / restaurant but it looked superb. I did have breakfast which was 10 out of 10, see pic. The location is in the heart of the historic old town, all the streets are narrow and quaint, I managed to find parking up the street, but the whole area wasn't designed for motor cars. Be aware that the many steep stairs are not suitable if you have mobility issues or heavy suitcases, so if that's you call them to discuss your options. See the pic of the paper they gave me to help me navigate the labyrinth! Overall the best historic property I have ever stayed in, and I have travelled a lot. Don't miss staying here!

El The Compasses, situado en la tranquila aldea de Littley Green, en el corazón de la campiña de Essex, es un pub victoriano lleno de historia y tradición. Everything about the property was brilliant as it usually is. Lovely setting, lovely food, lovely room and friendly staff.

El The Sandrock se encuentra a solo 1 minuto a pie de la playa de West Cliff, del centro de Clacton-On-Sea y del muelle de Clacton-On-Sea. Christine and Roberto were perfect hosts. Nothing at all was too much trouble. Will definitely return *****
