The nearest airport is Bern-Belp Airport, 28 km from Bed & Breakfast Region Murtensee. If one could award this establishment 6* I would ( and believe me, I am particular!) The perfectly designed studio, with separate bedroom and bathroom, was exceedingly spacious, exceptionally well presented, scrupulously clean and well-equipped ( we cooked a 3 course meal). We booked breakfast, and our host, Carmen, was attentive and totally absorbed in attending to every detail. The tray of delights was brought to our room at the agreed time, and was superb!!! She even asked "how would you like your eggs....😀

Located in the small village of Villarepos, this hotel is 4 km from Lake Murten. It offers free Wi-Fi, a bistro with a garden terrace, and an elegant restaurant serving Swiss and international cuisine made from regional products. Very clean hotel, very high level service, either in the fantastic restaurant and in the hotel. Excellent dinner and breakfast.

The shop sells cheese and demonstrates traditional cheese-making techniques. Free WiFi is available. We had a great stay at Gruyere Rooms. To our surprize we were upgraded to a larger room with a large bathroom. The location was the best, right in the center of the old city. We highly recommend it.

Guests at Pension fein & sein will be able to enjoy activities in and around Schwarzsee, like skiing, cycling and walking tours. The guest house has a picnic area where you can spend a day out in the open. The staff were amazing, a small cozy We ended up getting free breakfast, it was really good.

The location is right opposite to the Montbovon train station which was a bonus, the room size was quite huge and kitchen was well equipped, the host was very friendly and helpful, although we stayed there just for a couple nights, the overall experience was awesome, happy to recommend this place.
