Nestled amongst heritage gardens, Glen Isla House boasts direct beach access and free Wi-Fi. All accommodation features elegant and unique interiors, a flat-screen TV and lovely garden views. A suite with a spa bath and fireplace is available. The b&b was very clean, the room was very comfortable and the breakfast was superb. Richard and Evie are excellent hosts who are very friendly and helpful. There were some lovely touches like the complimentary water, wine and chocolates which made the stay more special than a large, anonymous hotel.

Featuring a secluded garden setting, Genesta House offers boutique accommodation in a restored 100-year-old home and includes free WiFi. It is a 5-minute walk from Cowes Beach and various local dining options. The host Simmone was extremely friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant she recommended (Bani) and it was good. She made us feel welcome. She also prepares welcome cookies, red wine, fruits and breakfast was simple but nice. These may seem "little" things but are differentiators compared to any others which don't go the extra mile.

The spacious guest house with a patio and garden views features 2 bedrooms, a living room, a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher and a microwave, and 1 bathroom with a bath. Towels and bed linen are featured in the guest house. The property has an outdoor dining area. Great spot out of town for a stay - wished we'd booked for longer but will be back!

Offering free Wi-Fi and free breakfast, Swan Lake Guest House is located across the road from Flynn's Reef Beach. All rooms offer a 2-person spa bath. You can view the world famous penguin parade just 3 minutes' drive or 10 minutes’ walk away. We arrived late afternoon and received a warm welcome from Bernadette, the hostess, who answered all our questions about the accommodation and the island. Our room was very comfortable, clean, and spacious with an updated bathroom and a very relaxing deck. The guest house was at a perfect location as it was less than one kilometer to our evening Penguin Parade booking. We enjoyed the continental breakfast which included freshly perked coffee, bread, warm croissants, sliced cheese and meat, and fresh fruit. We highly recommend Swan Lake Guest House for anyone seeking lodging on the island.

Just 3 minutes’ walk from the beach, Phillip Island Cottages offer a private patio with garden views. Guests have access to a BBQ area surrounded by lovely gardens. Free parking is available outside each cottage. Easy walking distance to main street/shops, waterfront, etc. Comfortable accomodation with excellent facilities.

Spacious cabin with great cooking facilities. Lovely quiet garden in a great location. Bed was very comfortable.

There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. The guest house features rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Beautiful staff, so kind and welcoming and an excellent location— incredible view ! So easy to find all the main attractions and added bonus having the cafe and farm store on site. Loved the farm fresh eggs for breakfast :)
