Family hotel close to everything in patong but in a quiet street.Francesco kind helpful what you need immediately he will solve. The room was clean as were the cleaning ladies very helpful and kind. If I go to Phuket again I will definitely stay there again

This was down a back street and when we arrived there it was like a home away from home , Joy was so lovely and welcoming she gave us a big hug when we arrived which was lovely . The room was big and had a kitchen area and washing machine and dryer in the room which was great , there was filtered water machines on every floor which was great to have . Joy is the best host we have ever had and was sad to leave to her we will definitely come back and stay with Joy again!

This is the most wonderful place in all of Phuket. The most! We come here for the second year and the second year we stay for 2 months. Here we feel at home. The people who work at Smile have become not just friends for us, but family. Our smiles now live here) Thanks a lot to the owner, to the girls who work at the hotel, in the massage and beauty salon and to all our neighbors with whom we spent these wonderful time. We love you) We were happy here! And we hope that we will come here next year if you're going to Smile Home, please bring some cat treats with you. The ginger cat likes it with seafood and tuna)
