Great location for exploring Chitre. Facilities are not fancy, but you have exactly what you need, a comfortable, safe and friendly place to rest and sleep. The owner speaks excellent English and is kind, friendly and helpful. The room had a TV, air conditioning, a comfortable bed, working toilet, sink and shower. There is a common area with a serviceable kitchen, with fridge, sink and stove. There is a small secure parking lot in the back. Again, this is not the Hyatt, but it it is a very economical, clean and safe place to stay. If you want to live like a local, this is your place. Plenty of small shops, markets, and eateries all within walking distance and it's only a 20 or so minute walk to the bus terminal. You can see all the sights of Chitre from here.

Also his boss the lady owner was very nice and treated us to some pineapple during our breakfast. The room was large and comfortable and the location was quiet. There was a kitchen to make food and drinks and a fridge to keep our things in. The hostal had only just opened and everything was lovely and new. Very good value. You will enjoy staying there!
