Mr. Kudo is super attentive, and we had some great conversations, plus he gave me some recommendations for sight-seeing to squeeze a bit more out of my last day. The room is very nice for the price, everything you need and no more, understanding that you're gonna be sharing the space with other travelers (plus hanging out over breakfast is very nice). Well-connected thanks to the streetcar, which makes it only 20 minutes to the city center. I genuinely only had positive experiences with this guest house, and the "negative points" are just nitpicks.

The dining/kitchen area is spacious and well equipped. Very nice hosts - they managed to arrange early check-in for us and communication was excellent.
