We also had dinner at the restaurant. The food was of good quality / reasonable prices. We ate outside as the weather was good. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Lovely quality bedding and towels. We only stayed 1 night but if were back in the area we would definitely look to stay at this hotel again.

We had a lovely 3-night stay at Park Cottage. Janet and Stuart were very welcoming and the room spacious with very comfortable beds. The breakfast was very tasty. Overall a great experience, would love to go back.

It is very well located, near the city centre and all touristic attractions. The hotel itself, built in an old house is nice and cozy. The room was small but very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was extremely kind and attentive, they helped us with our luggage, and explained us patiently how to get around the town. We also had a delicious dinner at the restaurant and a good breakfast the next day.

Meillä ei ollut B&B-tilaus mikä oli hyvä, koska sai valita milloin haluaa aamiaiselle ja aikaväli aamiaiselle oli riittävän pitkä. Aamiaisvaihtoehdot olivat laadukkaita ja monipuolisia. Illallinen oli myös korkealuokkaista ja maukasta. Suosittelen lämpimästi. Meillä oli perhehuone ja se oli tilava. Pidin siitä, että sait valita milloin haluat huoneen siivottavan ja siitä pidettiin kiinni. Koska kyseessä on pub-majoitus osa viehätystä oli ajanplatina ja ettei kaikki ollut uutta ja hienoa.

They treated me exceptionally well. I went as part of a birthday present that was gifted to me and they gave me a free upgrade to a better room, with views of St Mary’s Church. The food was incredibly good. The room was really spacious and nicely furnished, very clean, all in all whoever designed the interiors has really good taste. I had to drop my bags before the check in and they took them straight to my room, something that not even in most 5 star hotels I’ve been fortunate enough to stay they would do, they also allowed me to leave my bags for a couple of hours after checkout free of charge, something rare from my experience with UK hotels. I can honestly say, and there’s barely 2-3 hotels I’d say this about this in my whole life, I can’t wait to be back!
