This was a great location right by the cathedral in a beautiful old building. (We would have liked to know more about its history!) Our room was astonishing, with luxurious furnishings and the most enormous bathroom ever. The staff were very helpful and breakfast was delicious. We appreciated being able to leave our bags to pick up later after checkout. .

Toledo is a special place. Don't plan a one-day-visit. It would be a pity. We stayed four nights in this hostal. It is central and well located with a very personal touch thanks to the owner. He will inform you about everything you want to know about Toledo and will do the extra mile to help you. Because Toledo's streets are confusing he guided us through them to show us a nice place to have breakfast. Our room was all we needed: good beds, clean and quiet (even if it is right in the center). Just what you need to enjoy Toledo. Everything was fine about the hostal. We only struggled sometimes with the hilly and confusing street lay-out of Toledo, but that is something from the past and it is also the undeniable charm of the city. Just get lost and find out that you walked over 1 kilometer for something that was only 200 meters further.

Location was amazing and the room was very spacious and clean. We even had a balcony overlooking the street which had shutters to completely block out any noise or light (great for a siesta!). The staff, who also ran the excellent shop below, were very nice and helpful! They also booked a taxi for us at the end of the stay. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Everything was clean and comfy. Perfect location next to the bus station if you are coming from Madrid. The personnel was super attentive and nice to us, plus superbly helpful with all our questions.
