Very good location to park entrance. The room was comfortable with nice mountain view. They offered tickets service and airport pick-up. Very quite place and we enjoyed the tasty food.

Wally House was perfect—clean, close to the park, and Wally was an excellent host. he made great recommendations for me to follow during the visit to Zhangjiajie park. I especially liked his six-year-old Labrador “Do-Ro” (seems to mean “fatty” in English). I highly recommend Wally House to anyone visiting Wuliangyuan.

The location and the room were fantastic . This gate to the park with the Dragon tail village were a nice quiet way to enter the park. Staff very friendly and exceptionally one of the staff could speak English.

We had a really great time at this hotel! We received all the relevant information in advance from Carol and she was always available when we needed her help or had some questions. She even booked the tickets for the park late at night for us since we arrived in the evening. The room was big, clean and comfortable. It was really quiet at night and we could rest perfectly. The hotel stuff was so friendly and helpful as well. The entrance to the park is really close (approx. 5 min walking distance) and there are a lot of restaurants in the area. I can highly recommend this hotel if you want to visit the park!

The Tujia folk houses accommodation was fantastic! The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Our host was amazing - we were picked up from the railway station on arrival and dropped off when we left. Our host also provided lots of helpful information about Tianmen Mountain and Zhangjiajie National Park. She dropped us off at the ticket office for Tianmen Mountain and she arranged a taxi to take us to the national park. The pool at the hotel was great for cooling off after a long day out! The view from the pool was beautiful! Overall, great accommodation. And there are two great places to eat nearby!

Rebecca was the best host we could have. From the arrival, she helped us in every moment: booking the excursions, making travel preparations, having recommendations from the place, everything was really easy with Rebecca. I got sick and she helped me getting medicines.The breakfast was delicious and there were many options. The town has a really warm environment and it is really close to the national park's entrance. It was a pleasure to spend time in easy house.

We had a lovely stay at Easy House. Rebecca was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to help us with booking of tickets and also gave helpful suggestions on arrangements of activities through Zhangjiajie. With her guidance, we were able to travel independently. The guesthouse was well maintained and has a homely feel. Her whole family was welcoming. The location was good and we felt safe even when walking back through the streets in her neighbourhhod at night. Highly recommended. Good value for money.

Everything. The responsiveness of the staff to questions pre-arrival and the booking of all our tours for the full stay of four nights was exceptional. They were super friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in a great location in the middle of town close to the river. It is of a rustic/traditional design which we loved. Rooms were clean, had balconies and no issues with water pressure etc in the shower. It was my birthday while we stayed and the staff surprised me with a dinner of ‘longevity’ noodles and a birthday cake. Very touched because the warmth was genuine. They really want you to have a great stay.
