Highly recommend for the guests from overseas. There are 5-6 student volunteers who speaks English well and assist each guest in detail. The manager Joye and the volunteer Kyrie specially gave me a lot of suggestions based on my preferences and arrange all the reservations for me. I traveled with my entire family to Lijiang. Sisi's place is the perfect accommodation for a family of 7 people – we are able to spend time in the living spaces and enjoy home cooked meals. The living area is so cozy, and the bedrooms are super clean and comfortable! Although there was a bit of water leakage in the guest house when we arrived, Sisi was very responsive and was able to coordinate repair immediately which is amazing. The guest house was as good as new in a matter of couple hours.

Excellent boarding choice in Bai shao. The room is cozy and comfortable with a nice court yard. The hosts are friendly. However, it's regrettable that the host wouldn't serve breakfast any more. Otherwise, having breakfast in the court yard would be a nice experience.

This is a small inn right in the historical center of Lijiang, just off one of the main streets. The staff is extremely friendly, where you are welcomed with tea and fresh fruit. The breakfast and dinner are also available, it’s a good chance to make friends. It’s a really international hostel(I was the only native Chinese visitor there). The hostel is located in a transitional village with a great location close to the Old Town.

Great looking authentic Naxi style house, yet room is very large, modern and comfortable. Top location a few minutes walk away from Shuhe old town. Hosts are a model of helpfulness, and genuinely nice people. Do yourself a favor and spend a couple nights with Johnson and Carol. Bonus: cute kid and dog to play with :)
